Graphite Rod Introduce
Graphite rod is made of carbon, graphite and some adhesive, through extrusion forming, 2200ºCbaking and plated copper. It is high temperature resistance, good conductivity, unbreakable and cheaper. It is widely used in high temperature vacuum furnace, the highest temperature can arrive 3000ºC. It has very small coefficients of thermal expansion and high thermal conductivity. Its resistance coefficient is (8~13)×10-6 Ω·m. The machinability is better than Sic rod and MoSi2 rod.
